At Handloom by Pooja, we take pride in delivering quality handloom products. However, in the rare case you receive a defective or damaged product, we’re here to help—subject to the conditions below:

Return Eligibility:
Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items.
To be eligible for a return or refund, the customer must provide a video of the product being unboxed (from the moment the packaging is opened) clearly showing the defect.
The request for return must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

📹 Product Opening Video (Mandatory):
The unboxing video must:
Be clear and unedited
Start from opening the sealed package
Show the defect or damage clearly
Note: No claims will be accepted without a valid product opening video.

🚚 Return Process:
Once your return request is approved, you will need to courier the product back to our address (shared during return confirmation).
Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

💰 Refunds:
Upon receiving and verifying the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.
In case the product is found to be used, damaged further, or not matching the return claim, no refund will be issued.
